Strategic Leadership Simulation

Welcome to the AI Vanguard Challenge

An immersive, high-stakes simulation designed for senior leaders. You will move from insight to action within a single day, leveraging a strategic framework (KNOW-DECIDE-ACT) and a suite of advanced AI tools to solve a complex, real-world business challenge.

The platform is a "Mission Control" environment. The aesthetic is professional and strategic, simulating the urgency and cross-functional collaboration required to successfully deploy high-impact AI initiatives.

The Gamification: "Mission Control" & Impact Points

The workshop is structured as a gamified competition to simulate the pressures of real-world performance. Teams (or "Pods") compete to generate the highest Impact Score.

Impact Points (IP)

IP is the scoring metric for the challenge. Pods earn IP by successfully completing each stage gate on time and by the quality of their final solution.

Live Leaderboard

A room-wide leaderboard provides real-time feedback, showing how each Pod's score changes as they complete activities.

The Goal

To finish the challenge with the highest total Impact Score, which is a combination of your workshop activity scores and your final "investment" score.

The Workshop Framework: Six Stages of Action

The challenge is a linear, stage-gated sprint. The Faculty (Facilitator) controls the progression from one stage to the next.

Stage 1

Welcome & Setup

Objective

Form your team ("Pod"), assign strategic roles, and explore AI creation tools

Activity

Register your Pod with a creative name, assign the five strategic roles to members, and create an AI song using Suno.com

Stage 2

KNOW - The AI Arsenal

Objective

Create AI-powered deliverables, explore workflow tools, and complete strategic analysis

Activity

Create an app wireframe using multimodal generative AI, create a working app prototype using agentic AI, and create an AI powered presentation. Access WorkflowHub with 8 AI tools

Stage 3

DECIDE - Opportunity Scan

Objective

Analyze case study, identify AI opportunities, and prioritize top initiatives

Activity

Review case study materials, define refined problem statement, brainstorm AI opportunities, and prioritize top 3+ opportunities. Complete sprints including: Strategic Risk Analysis (identify 3+ strategic risks businesses face). Synthesis & Opportunity (synthesize learnings from workflows and identify patterns). Submit for facilitator review and approval

Stage 4

ACT - The AI Pitch Lab

Objective

Complete Digital AI Canvas 2.0, develop deliverables, and obtain persona gate approvals

Activity

Complete 5 sprints: Sprint 1 - Business Case (financial model), Sprint 2 - Prototype/Workflow, Sprint 3 - AI Canvas 2.0 (all 10 questions), Sprint 4 - Pitch Deck, Sprint 5 - CFO and Ethics Officer Approvals. Submit URLs for all deliverables

Stage 5

ACT - The Pitch Showcase

Objective

Present solutions, participate in peer evaluation, and compete for investment

Presentations by pods and scoring by other pods and faculty. Optionally do an investment round

Stage 6

Debrief & Commitment

Objective

Reflect on learnings, celebrate achievements, and commit to next steps

Activity

Review final leaderboard, team reflections, key takeaways discussion, next steps planning, and commitment pledges

Roles & Required Engagement

This is not a passive workshop. Your engagement is critical. You will be assigned one of five unique roles. While everyone collaborates, your role has specific responsibilities:

Engineer

Guides the solution design and technical feasibility

Key Persona Gate Role

Ethical Guardian / Compliance Officer

[Key Persona Gate Role] Responsible for the risk, bias, and mitigation plan and ethical sign-off (Compliance Officer)

Key Persona Gate Role

Final Deliverables & Scoring Summary

By the end of Stage 4, your Pod must submit:

The Completed Digital AI Canvas 2.0

All 10 questions completed across Define, Design, and Deploy sections. This is your master document containing all strategic inputs from KNOW-DECIDE-ACT.

The Pitch Deck

A public URL to your final presentation (created with Gamma.app or similar tools in Stage 4).

The Prototype/Workflow

A public URL to your solution demo (e.g., Guidde workflow, Lovable.dev app, Architecture Builder diagram, or process video).

The Business Case

A public URL to your detailed financial model (created with CoPilot Excel or similar tools).

Persona Gate Approvals

Both the Skeptical CFO and Ethical Guardian / Compliance Officer must approve your solution before final submission. This ensures financial viability and ethical compliance.

Final Score Calculation

Your final rank is based on your total Impact Points, calculated as follows:

Total Score = Activity Score + Facilitator Score
Activity Score: ~1,250 IP maximum (Stages 1-5)
• Stage 1: 250 IP (100 registration + 50 per AI deliverable)
• Stage 2: 300 IP (200 base + 100 speed bonus)
• Stage 3: 300 IP (facilitator approval)
• Stage 4: 200 IP (final submission with approvals)
• Stage 5: 150 IP (on-time bonus)
Facilitator Score: Up to 1,000 IP (40% weight) - Based on pitch quality in Stage 5
Peer Investment: Up to 1,500 IP (60% weight) - Tracked separately, not included in total score
Maximum possible total score: ~2,250 IP (1,250 + 1,000)
