The Founder's Story

For ten years, Keith taught AI, Automation, and Analytics at the National University of Singapore. During that time, he noticed something troubling: his students were learning cutting-edge technologies, but when they graduated and entered the workforce, their leaders often had no awareness of these emerging capabilities.

This gap between what graduates knew and what executives understood created a disconnect. Fresh graduates couldn't apply what they'd learned, and organizations missed opportunities for transformation. Keith wanted to enable these new graduates to have better jobs where their skills would be valued.

This realization sparked a pivot: rather than only teaching students, Keith moved into executive education to help corporate leaders understand and leverage emerging technologies. The mission expanded to bridging the knowledge gap between generations.

Today, as a member of the Bretton Woods Committee in Washington DC, Keith contributes to global policy discussions on how technology shapes economies and workforces worldwide.

Never before in human history has new technology resulted in fewer jobs—there are always new jobs, but they are different. KDA Capabilities exists to help leaders see these opportunities and bring hope through leadership vision.
